So, I do not mind at all being a single gal. I love being a single gal. No stupid guy to please, following you wherever you go... wanting to go shopping with you just to be with you and then clearly stating they are bored and want to go back to the house to jump on a poseball and cuddle. (My reaction to that would be "Mhmm, you can go cuddle the invisible av woman while I keep shopping" Might be why I scare guys away) Anyway, very happy to be single except when I'm surrounded by happy canoodling couples... everywhere. First, my neighbors is a canoodling couple composed of my friend and a very annoying monkey who doesn't seem to quite understand that I got the PR job and that everybody who reads blogs knows that designers organize contest on Flickr. If the monkey really wanted to be useful, he would spread the word that Inara has a subscribe-o-matic and a new blog now to keep her customers updated. If he doesn't want to do that he can just eat his cookies, cuddle and snog Jadz until his help is requested. Thank you and lets move on.
Second, my modeling job... My bosses are a couple and some girls come in to shop with their guys for some glitch-less dresses and skirts. And revealing tops.
Third, the blogs I read. Every blogger that I read seems to be in a couple. And blogging about their happy couple... only safe blogs are the fashion ones.
Fourth, the places I shop. I see at least one canoodling couple when I'm out on a shopping spree. Safe places: shoes and hair stores. Unsafe place: any place selling revealing clothes.
Fifth, my best friend who has an harem of guys at her feet (exagerating a bit). 'Course, hard to feel bad for her when one of the guys may leave an RP but might still be in contact with her. Have to imagine being in her situation except that you replace the harem with one guy that my leave an RP and won't keep in touch.
And that is just in SL.
Is being single in SL suddenly "out"? (Monkey, if you say that I need a good snog, I will torture you and then kill you. Capice?)
