A free sim but... (BBBC#3)

You've been given a sim of your very own to use for free for one year. However, there are 3 rules. It cannot be residential, it cannot be commercial, and it has to be open to the public. What do you do with it?

First, I curse whoever decided to set the first 2 rules. Second, I wonder if installing a skybox for me will break rule #1 even if the sim itself is open to the public.

Now, time to decide what I would do with it. My first idea was to do a nice beach with nice tropical builds (nothing fugly). But since I'm a RPer and that my friend always said that it would be great if either of us could afford a sim to create our own RP sim (I totally agree with her), I would probably use that sim for RPing. Now, I would have to decide the kind of RPing I want. Harry Potter? Meh... wearing a uniform and risking to have some people I don't want to see on my sim coming to RP is not my idea of fun. Also, there has been so many HP RPs (4, but only 2 survived) that I wouldn't see the point. Twilight? I like the idea of vampires... no uniforms... not having to act as a normal human... would make it 5 years after the last book (people RPing cannon characters can be a problem sometimes). I think it would become a Twilight RP sim with my skybox above it (if that wouldn't be breaking any rules).
