Crazy outfit

Mini-challenge #2 (oh, and I have another fan on Plurk... another blogger that I read... SQUEEE (It's CeNedra)

"In SL, we're often afraid of looking silly. I've noticed this more with bloggers than with anyone else. Why have you made your avatar look the way it does? What does it mean to you? Do you think people respond to you differently if you're attractive? Today, put on something just totally crazy. It can be a funny avatar, a crazy outfit, weird hair, or just some bling-blangin' jewelry. Go out in public, see if anyone has anything to say about it. See if you think of yourself differently if your avatar isn't perfect looking. Don't forget to take a picture of your outfit!!"

To answer the first question, it's basically because I wanted to look cute without spending a fortune. It actually means for me that it's possible to look cute or hot without spending thousands of lindens on skin, hair, clothes and accessories (it's actually hard to find good shoes at good prices or free) and I want to show that to people. I think that people do act differently if you are attractive (except evil monkey who just says I'm fugly). Not that I experienced it personally (i did got compliments tho), but I still remember that Claik wanted some bleach after seeing a girl's face and when I saw that girl, I asked where the bleach was (that was in IM, not in open chat). I think if you got compliment on your looks or that you consider yourself to look good, you'll actually look at people's appearance differently... especially if you hang out with people you consider being stylish (tho I can't figure out what is the thing with eyeliner and guys...)

So, here is a pic, and instead of going out in public (I don't have time), I'm just gonna ask for people to comment (it's actually an old pic... but always thought I would be crazy to walk around like that in public... wait... I actually did... but got no comment, I was just telling Jadz how crazy I looked... and Trystan said my socks looked like toothpaste)

OH! Just realized that this is post #100! Wow! I'm happy... and all those posts in english! My english teacher from high school would be proud... after all, she kept repeating "You have to be exposed to 5000 hours of english to become bilingual". Writing counts, right?
